Call for Nominations: Join the ICA Board

The ICA Board is pleased to invite nominations for new Board members to represent different ICA constituencies.

  • Central European Constituency
  • Southern East European Constituency
  • Southern European Constituency
  • Norden European Constituency
  • Western European Constituency

Serving on the ICA Board offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the strategic development of the Association, represent the interests of your constituency, and help shape the future of Europe's life science universities.

Who can be nominated?

In accordance with the ICA Statutes, those eligible for election to the Board are:

  • Rectors
  • Vice-Rectors
  • Heads of Schools or Colleges
  • Deans
  • Persons exercising comparable responsibilities within the senior management of an ICA member higher education institution

New Board members will be elected by the Extraordinary ICA General Assembly on 15 October in Cluj Napoka, Romania (hybrid) and serve in a personal capacity, rather than as representatives of their institutions. Members are elected for a three-year term, which may be renewed once.
